Here is the process of creating rigid polyurethane molded products. First, please let us know the overall shape, size, and the "form" you want to express, even if it's just a sketch or rough drawing. We can produce original made-to-order products starting from about 50 pieces. After that, we will create a master model, produce a prototype, and once the prototype is approved, we will move on to mass production.
